General Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Roseville, CA!

Our client specializes in commercial roofing, re-roof, and waterproofing. They are now looking for a General Superintendent to join their team in Roseville, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a generous salary ranging between $140k and $180k depending on experience and full benefits which include M/V/D, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Vehicle and Gas Card.

Duties:

-Develop departmental training materials, coordinate training, and identify future training needs for higher profitability through system changes and continuous improvement processes.

-Monitor and report project costs, expenditures, and variances to senior management, providing timely updates on project financial performance.

-Oversee and implement with project teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and measures to improve project outcomes.

-Conduct site visits with Project Managers and Superintendents

-Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, health and safety laws are followed, and projects are manned.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry

-Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

-Must have valid driver’s license and meet insurance standards
