This role will work in conjunction with Global & Regional Human Resources to support the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives. This will include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards. This position will interact with executives and others, so having a good balance of technical skills as well as professional people skills is a must. Workday system experience is mandatory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Design, develop, and maintain HCM reporting and analytics solutions to support the organization's goals

Utilize data-driven insights to help the organization make informed decisions about its resources

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and provide strategic advice on how to best leverage HCM reporting and analytics

Develop and implement strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to track performance

Train and mentor team members on HCM reporting and analytics best practices

Must be proficient in MS Excel to analyze trends, check for anomalies, and provide reports to senior management in person and via report delivery

Act as a Data Steward to ensure the accuracy of data entry, data analysis, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

System integration experience is a must

Need to have superb communication skills to explain items to various levels of customers within the organization

Workday HCM system experience is mandatory with at least 5 years direct experience

Skilled in Excel and working with data visualization

Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction and isn't afraid to problem solve in a sandbox environment

Requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources

Strong analytical/numeric skillset with ability to master new systems/processes quickly

Knowledge of enterprise HR systems like Workday
