CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support, Lead in Boston, MA! In this role, you will lead a team of 3 desktop support technicians for a multi-location organization with day-to-day end user support challenges. Serving as a point of escalation, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.
Required expertise includes:
5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
1+ year of Lead or Management experience
2+ years of Active Directory experience (adding users, resetting accounts, etc.)
2+ years of O365 Support – advanced knowledge with this product
Experience supporting mobile devices
Ability to travel to other local office periodically (Requires driver’s license and vehicle)
