Key Elements of Your Position

As the Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations you will be a thought leader developing and delivering best-in-class core services for compensation systems, associate benefits and Human Capital System (HCM) to provide self-service functionality, retiree services, and legal compliance for all associates, managers and service line leadership.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and focusing on universal accessibility, you will lead implementation of associate centric people operations. Additionally, you will lead and coach your team to ensure excellence service and support for all associates and managers.

Further, in this role you will leverage data and analytics to guide informed decisions, determine strategies, establish ROI for investments, and identify trends and potential solutions including:

Create and execute best-in-class Total Rewards and Operations strategies to enhance associate satisfaction and retention

Participate in workforce planning and develop end-to-end associate workflows to support short-term initiatives and long-term strategic growth

Lead executive compensation review and analysis, and provide insights and recommendations design compensation strategies that retain and attract talent

Ensure policy and procedure development, administration and communication are effective and compliant with our client's core values, ethics, and government regulations

Oversee the HCM process development as part of our Workday implementation, in partnership with the People Services team, service line leaders and our implementation partner

Provide consultative insight and strategy to deliver an associate-centric experience including promoting adoption of new or improved programs and processes

Negotiate and manage cost-effective service provider contracts including assessing effectiveness and identifying and implementing process improvements

Establish metrics to quantify results and identify areas for improvement, and perform benchmarking studies and competitive analysis to enhance associate total rewards options

Your Background + Capabilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with an advanced degree preferred

10+ years’ leadership experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, HR operations

Professional certifications in specialty areas are a plus

Demonstrated success creating and implementing Total Rewards programs and supporting HCM implementation

Strategic and collaborative approach to relationship building and problem solving

High-capacity executor able to deliver results

Robust analytic capabilities to support decisions and strategy with facts and data
