We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with cGMP Packaging Equipment to join our packaging engineering team. In this role, you will be applying project management knowledge, engineering and ingenuity from medium to large size projects. You will be leading and managing all aspects of Packaging Equipment projects within our plant packaging operations. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with cGMP requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage capital equipment projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.

Coordinate multiple parties to complete projects scopes on schedule, stay within budget, and meet the expected quality and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Manage project scope, project risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

Oversee the vendor selection, qualification, and management.

Ensure that the project deliverables meet all cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure project success.

Assist with writing scope of work documents, obtaining estimates, selecting suppliers, and purchasing equipment and services

Manage project documentation and ensure proper record keeping.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

minimally a BS Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in project management within the cGMP industry.

Accounting Experience

Strong Leadership skills

Strong understanding of packaging equipment and operations.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders.

Technical background in pharmaceutical/healthcare or similar GMP-regulated industry.

Technical knowledge of packaging equipment.

Work with cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

SAP ERP system experience as a user
