Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager seeking a new opportunity in the vibrant city of Houston? Our client, a reputable Commercial General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial projects, including Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, K-12, and Medical facilities, is expanding their team and looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join them in delivering exceptional projects to their clients.

*Please note that you won’t be considered if you’re experience is Residential/ Multi family*

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and project milestones are achieved.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project needs.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects exceeding $25 million in value.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good tenure at previous companies, demonstrating dedication and commitment to your work.
