Brave Thinking Institute seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer.
Brave Thinking Institute (est. 2009) is a global leader in the personal development/professional coaching industry. We’re on the lookout for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.
Position Summary
Your role as Executive Assistant will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the CSO's daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
We require a minimum of 5 years experience in:
Managing a busy calendar and taking the initiative to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize appointments, ensuring the executives' time is optimized.
Creating and managing tasks the CSO has assigned to other team members and has been assigned to the CSO
Managing and prioritizing emails
Anticipating the needs of the CSO and proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication on behalf of the CSO
Conducting research and compiling data as needed to support the CSO in decision-making and strategic planning
Managing special projects as assigned by the CSO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Overseeing expenses and budgets
Scheduling and executing travel arrangements
Assist in occasional personal tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure (deadline-driven) environment
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Learn quickly - Ability to work with or learn to work with multiple platforms
Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Efficient & can work autonomously
Ability to travel for events (as needed)
*MUST have a strong interest in personal development, with history and track record to demonstrate said interest (books read, events attended, etc). This is required for culture fit.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience as a high-level Executive Assistant preferably with sales and recruiting experience.
Experience with both in-person and virtual events
Work Environment
Home office - Must have a distraction-free work environment with no background noise
Regular business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; minimum 40 hours per week
Conditions of Employment

Must live on the West Coast or Arizona.
