This company aims to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation by providing EV charging hardware, installation, and subscriptions service to their customers on a residential and commercial scale. They provide cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer support which has lead to them signing one of the biggest contracts in the EV charging space.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support the company's growth and profitability goals

Lead and manage the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including treasury management, risk management, and tax planning

Play a key role in securing and managing debt and equity financing

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute business plans

Act as the primary financial spokesperson for the company, presenting financial results and plans to stakeholders, including board members, investors, and lenders

Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

Deal with the companies FP&A financing.

Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.

Studies long-range financial trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.

Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience in finance and securitization, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Expert experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis

Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including securitization and structured finance

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Worked within international projects and deployment

Substantial network within the investment banking sector
