Civil Estimator

Now seeking multiple Estimators in Tunneling, Water Resources, or Heavy Civil Transportation to join our fast-growing team. This position is responsible for cost engineering scopes of work and incorporating solutions from the engineering, procurement, construction and start up services groups to produce an estimate.

Direct Hire position with full benefits, Pay up to $200k (DOE).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop complete discipline specific estimates for very large, complex industrial projects.

• Must read the specifications and develop notes for the unique or extraordinary items.

• Know how to build the project (best practices, sequence, geographical challenges etc.).

• Understand what design deliverables by discipline are required and assure that the delivery schedule is met

• Verify quantities and deliverables meet estimate required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar field of study from an accredited institution and 5+ years of relevant estimating experience.

Experience with HCSS, Blue Beam, Primavera P6 and Procore, AutoCAD or similar software.

Willingness to travel up to 15-20%.

Other Requirements:

This is an onsite position, no remote or hybrid work.
