Position- NOC Support Analyst

Location- Phoenix, AZ

Type – Fulltime

Shift time- 5:30 PM PST to 5:30 AM PST

Salary - $20-27/hour + Benefits

Job Description:

1- 3-5 years of experience on NOC operations, IT services, consulting, and/or support fields

2- Should have understanding of batch operations, alert monitoring tools, configuration of new servers to monitoring tool.

3- Should have understanding of either of tools: Service Now, HPDM 4.2, AD console 3.0, Solar Winds/Data Dog, Remote control 4.0

4- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to consult and communicate with all levels in the organization, to advise management of new technology initiatives, and to propose process improvements for the benefit of the client.

5- Create and maintain support documentation.
