Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill is working closely with an AmLaw firm seeking a patent litigation associate with at least 4 years of on-point experience. Qualified candidates will have experience handling pleadings, motions and brief-writing, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, and (preferably) 2nd or 1st chair trial experience. This firm has very reasonable billable requirements, a clear path to partnership, and strong compensation and benefits.

This position can sit in Atlanta (preferred), Chicago, or multiple Ohio offices.
