Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager with a well known fitness oriented client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire opportunity, 4 days on site in Atlanta.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion
Manage all aspects of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Analyze key metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and increase participation within the community
Plan and execute community events, workshops, and initiatives to promote collaboration and foster a sense of belonging
Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic responses
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving results
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, social media management platforms, and other digital marketing tools
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to expand the reach and impact of community initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for community involvement and advocacy
