Feynlab is hiring for an HR and Office Manager for our growing organization as we enter a periods of expansion. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team. The HR and Office Manager will be responsible for managing HR tasks, assisting with office operations, and providing support to senior management. This is a key role in our organization, requiring a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. **Please note: the location is currently in Lombard and we will be moving to our new facility in Elk Grove within the next couple of months**
Responsibilities:
Manage HR tasks, including assisting in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration ( Currently 30 employees)
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns
Implement and oversee workplace policies and procedures
Assist in the coordination of office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment
Assist Factory Manager in coordinating the setup and move to our new facility, ensuring a smooth transition
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR and office management role
Can-do attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a willingness to assist with any tasks necessary to support business requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
