Property Management Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Making daily service calls to different homes or apartments for repairs.

Inspection of properties after move out and throughout the year.

Maintaining and tracking hours on a job and work orders

Alternating on call weekends

Experience:

At least 2 year experience

Able to repair minor plumbing, toilets, sinks, etc..

Minor drywall and painting

Minor lawn work

Skills

Ability to work alone or with a team

Ability to come up with proper diagnosis and repairs

Time Management

Ability to prioritize jobs and what should take precedent with help from manager.

Able to communicate with both the managers and owners of the property
