A leading Commercial General Contractor based in Houston, specializes in delivering exceptional results across a range of sectors including K-12, Medical, Office, Public Sector, and Interior projects is looking for a Superintendent to join their team! They’re expanding the team and seeking a talented Construction Superintendent to join them in delivering outstanding projects and exceeding client expectations.

*Please note that candidates with Residential/ Multi family experience will not be considered*

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedule and quality standards.

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-end finishes and exceptional craftsmanship in every project.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.

Possession of OSHA 30 certification.

Proven track record of managing projects in excess of $10 million.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
