Assistant Vice President Medical Group Coding

Avoca Search has partnered with RWJBarnabas Health in their search for an Assistant Vice President, Medical Group Coding (AVP-MGC). This is an exciting executive leadership opportunity for an experienced Coding leader to join the largest academic health system in New Jersey. The AVP-MGC will serve as the system leader for professional fee coding across the health system.

Our ideal candidate for this role is a forward thinking, self-starter with exceptional relationship-building and management skills and superior knowledge and expertise in professional fee coding. Candidates will also have at least five years of relevant management-level coding experience, a bachelor’s degree and CPC or similar certification.
