Job Description: Execute test plans and test cases, suggest improvements Identify and document any functional or linguistic issues and verify fixes Use test tools and automation as required Apply knowledge of user preferences in Target Market to influence the client’s product Collaborate with partner teams in testing the product Proactively look for gaps in test coverage Perform basic configuration and setup tasks on PC, Game consoles or mobile phones Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, fun factor, and game balance based on knowledge of target market Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor Required skills: Native-level proficiency in Japanese as the hire will be dealing with Japanese language projects Business English skills Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills The ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines The drive, positive attitude and ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, innovative and creative environment A passion for gaming Required experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, or directly relevant experience 1+ years of game testing experience Desired skills and experience: Experience with Security testing/ fuzzing tools Experience with Performance/Stress testing tools and methodologies Experience with Accessibility testing Experience with Certification Testing and/or Lot Checks Experience with testing tools like fiddler, netmon, etc.

Experience with bug tracking systems like ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
