Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms

Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property options

Promote sales through creative advertisements, engaging open houses, and effective listing services

Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers to ensure fair and transparent transactions

Stay informed about legal guidelines, market rates, property specifications, and availability

Requirements

Trustworthy and friendly with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work autonomously and effectively close deals

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be 18 years old or above
