Settlement Attorney

We are on the lookout for an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in finalizing settlements for both single plaintiff cases and class actions. We seek highly motivated professionals demonstrating initiative, excelling in independent work settings, and seamlessly collaborating within a team.

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience as a licensed attorney

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Possess strong legal research and analytic skills

Excellent drafting/writing skills

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Detailed and flexible: excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, work with limited supervision

Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team

Experience using a contracts management software
