MedSpa Concierge

MedSpa Concierge with Art of Balance Wellness Spa are expected to exude 5-Star service by demonstrating professional customer service and adherence to the spa’s policies and procedures.

The MedSpa Concierge is highly knowledge about the offerings of the services and products at the spa, and work to ensure the guests needs and desires are always met.

Responsibilities & Essential JobFunctions

Be on time for your shift.

Associates are responsible for finding coverage by an alternate employee if they are unable to perform their shift.

Maintain guest confidentiality.

Provide consistent and Five-Star guest service.

Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the spa.

Answer guest phone calls; Manage multiple lines.

Recommend and schedule spa and aesthetic treatments.

Facilitate group bookings and events.

Process inventory.

Manage appropriate handling and documentation of guest opportunities, enlisting help of MedSpa Manager when needed.

Accurately enter guest data into point of sales system.

Be responsible for cash gratuities, monies, and aesthetic procedure payments.

Understand all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, providing services to minors, product returns, guest product orders, gift cards, and cancellations.

Actively promote home care, rebooking and cross booking to guests.

Enthusiastically greet guests; Expertly explain the process of the spa experience.

Answer any and all guest questions in a professional and upbeat manner.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality, teamwork environment.

Regularly attend, participate in staff meetings.

Communicate with management about any and all occurrences involving staff or guests.

Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Required Experience & Education

Work experience in a Four-Diamond environment or equivalent medspa environment.

Experience in medspa service recommendations and sales.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Intermediate computer knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office.

Enthusiastic about excellent customer service.

Requirements & Working Conditions

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to lift 5 lbs.

Occasionally lift or carry up to 15 lbs.

Indoor work environment.

Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights.

Must have reliable transportation.
