We are looking for reliable individual who love carbs as much as us;) Water Street Bagel Co. is a wood fired bagel shop located in downtown in Hanover Square. We are a hop and a skip away from some of the best restaurants & drink spots in the city! We are looking for a part time/potentially full time team member to bake and seed the bagels in our wood fired oven. We are looking for someone who is energetic and wants to be a part of a great team. This position is one of the most exciting positions available as you are constantly moving bagels in and out of the oven with wood paddles. We boil and then fire the bagels in a wood fired oven, so being able to be around a hot 500 degree oven and boiler is a must. We require a positive attitude to compliment our team. Additionally you will be required to multitask and maintain a daily baking schedule. ***Must be in good shape as you have to carry bagel boards up and down stairs - this job requires stamina***

**If interested we would be willing to teach you how to make the actual bagel dough from start to finish, must be with us long term to learn**

Any wood fired oven experience will be helpful and weighted.

1. This is an early morning position and some shifts we require you to work at either 3 am or 4 am for some shifts.

2. Must be reliable and have your own transportation

3. Being a hard worker and a team player is required, everyone at Water Street helps each other out, it doesn't matter the position.

4. Must have a positive attitude and show up not only ready to work, but happy to be there, attitudes transfer to others so having a positive attitude is important:)
