Supply Chain/Engineering/Accounting/HR - Direct Hire Recruiter (Full Desk)

Our client is a wonderful team of tenured and collaborative search and staffing professionals. They are growing their teams and are looking to add strong talent in 2024.

Requirements:

2+ years of agency full desk experience – both recruiting & sales

At least $200k in personal yearly GM production

Focused majority in the direct hire business

Strong sales experience – able to find new clients, not just looking to manage accounts

Supply chain/Engineering/Accounting/HR experience preferred but open to other verticals

Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the downtown Philly office.

They Offer:

Uncapped ability to earn. Comp is a draw against commissions. Draw ranges from $60k-$90k depending on experience. Commission starts at 50%. Strong benefits and growth opportunities.
