We are looking for an outgoing individual whom will have direct contact with our clients to help answer questions, set up service visits, update them with service needs, and generally give them a great experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule appointments for clients as well as answer questions

Answer dealership group phones and online chat requests

Greet and receive prospects and customers

Collect cash and credit card payments from customers.

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor

Work cooperatively with the service team

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills

Outgoing and positive demeanor

Professional presentation

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility

A professional appearance
