Job Description

May include:

Managing the introduction of new or revised products across the existing VRV product families and accessories

Conducting data analysis and market research to identify new solutions aimed at diversifying VRV product offering

Carrying out application research, competitive analysis to determine and coordinate product specifications, features breakdown engineers to develop product requirements

Supporting new product development meetings and for ongoing projects coordinate with engineering teams across global locations to track development progress

Obtaining all necessary technical information to develop necessary product documentation including but not limited to SDS, Guide specs, product bulletins, sales presentations for Product Launch

Conduct product training sessions to provide technical information and support tools to the Sales, Service Teams and Customers

Review new product literature such as Installation, Operation and Service manuals

Manage and update product libraries, Product Management systems and summarize Product Management Index for Product Managers and senior management to track product performance

Representing Daikin at networking events and seminars

Developing relationships with key clients to build long-term sales opportunities

Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

Knowledge & Skills:

Comfortable in a dynamic work environment

Comfortable in presenting to large audiences both in person and via digital tools

Ability to understand technical concepts and solve technical problems

Ability to develop effective communication content such as Flyers, brochures, Sales presentations

Ability to work in a team environment with positive flexible attitude, with a can-do approach

Ability to demonstrate ownership of tasks with a timely delivery attitude

Detailed practical technical knowledge of HVAC products & services,

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Prior experience with Data Analysis tools

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Experience:

3 – 5 years’ of highly progressive experience within the HVAC industry

Experience with Energy Modeling, CAD and Revit considered a plus

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Physics or the applied sciences
