Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers together, we can do more. Our clinical team is lead by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen different states.

Job Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Company: Akoya Behavioral Health

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Role and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients

Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned

Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients

Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload

Implementation of ongoing caregiver support

Secondary Responsibilities

Development of training platforms

Development of clinical staff feedback systems

Oversight of clinical documentation quality

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst

Preferred Skills

Management of employees and RBTs

Strong interpersonal skills
