Midsize law firm in Irvine, CA has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Attorney in our Business Litigation practice group handling high exposure business, real estate, contract and partnership matters. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar and have 1 - 3 years of experience practicing litigation in California. Excellent writing and organizational skills are a must. We offer immediate client contact and case handling responsibility. Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and assuming significant responsibility and case management from inception through trial.
