Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Job Description

To assist in the production of quality product form and/or sheet metal products

Manufacture products to customer specifications.

Duties and responsibilities

Perform deburring operations - responsible to produce a burr free product.

Perform forming operations as required – responsible for quality throughout the run.

Perform robotic weld operations as required – responsible for inspection of welds.

Perform manual bending operations as required – responsible for form, fit, and function.

Responsible for creating acceptable product and identifying defective product.

Ensure production quantity metrics are attained

Responsible for keeping workspace clean at end of job or end of shift.

Assuring quality is maintained in any operation performed.

Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel toe footwear, earplugs etc.)
