We are a mobile content provider providing mobile value added services to mobile phone user in more than 20 countries. We are now looking for software engineers who are excellent in spoken Arabic language because he/she needs to directly handle tasks for Middle East projects such as in Egypt, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain & etc of the Company by interacting Native Arabic with the technical team of the technician of our middle east clients ensure smooth system integration and stability.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the development team to contribute to the design and implementation of backend systems while adhering to best practices.
• Support cloud operations on AWS under the guidance of senior team members for reliable and scalable backend systems.
• Work closely with front-end developers, business development, and business partners to integrate APIs for mobile billing applications.
• Develop and maintain code following established coding standards and guidelines.
• Assist in building and updating technical documentation.
• Provide regular updates on work progress to the team.
• Actively participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance software development
skills.
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Has at least 3 year of experience as a backend developer ** Juniors are encouraged
to apply.
• Knowledge of backend development concepts.
• Familiarity with PHP, Python, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn from experienced team members.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to explore and adopt new technologies.
Desired Skills (not mandatory)
• Communication skills in dealing with client’s side to ensure smooth integration and stability of the system.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Familiarity with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB.
• Basic understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
