In-Home Personal and Companion Caregiver - Chapel Hill/Durham

Job Description

We are seeking In-Home Caregivers (CNA/PCA) for Day And Evening Shifts to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities

Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Provide assistance with ambulation, transfers from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to shower

Perform light housework and meal prep

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

Experience with clients living with dementia/Alzheimer's

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany Description
