Job Description

Employees should expect to perform any of the following duties as requested by supervisor. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Acts as on-site representative to clients on behalf of employer.

Responsible for tracking and recording a variety of supplied services.

Performs daily facility checks, logging campus activity and keeping management up to date on client activities.

Able to work 10 – 12 hour workdays when requested. Responsible for closing the facility.

Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from Supervisor.

When necessary, performs required preventative maintenance for the facility.

Candidate should be familiar with power hand tools i.e. drill, circular saw, angle grinder and reciprocating saw.

Must own a reliable vehicle to ensure timely arrival for shifts.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

SALARY: $17.00 per hour.
