Job Description

We are in search of an office Manager with Medical office background who can work day to day operations from taking phone calls, scheduling installation & service appointments, Patient data entry & updates on our online systems. Inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• day to day office operations, Data Entry & updates in Online systems

• Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment. (Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.)

• Coordinate Installation appointments

• Assist technicians in the field who need office support.

• Manage and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPPA

• Light accounting in Quick books, create invoices & receive payments

• Quick Books experience,

Basic Medical billing concepts, or experience with EZ Claim billing program is a plus!

• Update patient data on our online systems

• Create, update spreadsheets for reports & billing

• Telephone Customer service with our patients, referral sources, and our payers.

Qualifications:

• Computer skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills

• Team Player who takes initiative

• Ability to prioritize and balance workload

• Must be able to multi-task

• Ability to interact with our team, our patients, other medical professionals, and our payers

• Detail Oriented

Job Type: Full time Monday – Friday 9-5
