With a focus on quality, hospitality, and a vibrant dining atmosphere, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help continue our tradition of culinary excellence and outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

- Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

- Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent guest service, addressing any customer concerns with tact and promptness.

- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships, ensuring all necessary items are stocked while maintaining budgetary controls.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and develop new offerings or specials.

- Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Analyze and report on financial performance, devising strategies for increased profitability.

- Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks. ( Excel, Word, Slack)

- Drive marketing and promotional efforts to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

- Liaise with the owners and upper management, providing regular reports and feedback.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a Japanese or Asian-themed restaurant.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is highly advantageous.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting,Word, Excel and P&L analysis.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Fluency in Japanese is a plus, but not a requirement.
