Description of Duties/Responsibilities/Skills: Ability to screen incoming calls, handle intake of prospective clients, interact and communicate with current clients; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines; strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Must demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills; must be detail oriented and possess outstanding writing, communication and proof-reading skills. Applicant should be able to work Monday through Friday, in office, in Pasadena. Proficiency in Word Perfect, Adobe, MyCase, Outlook and Outlook Calendar, Essential Forms, and other office software, a must.Company Description
