Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

Cococare Products has been manufacturing health and beauty aid products for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper in our headquarter office in Dover, NJ.

Position requires knowledge of all facets of accounting and human resources. Candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of A/R-applying daily cash payments, issuing credit and investigating deductions.

Manage all aspects of A/P-entering invoices and issuing checks.

Monthly Bank Reconciliations for several bank accounts including credit cards.

Manage and process weekly payroll.

Manage General Ledger and Journal Entries.

Calculate and pay monthly sales commissions.

Process and pay weekly expense reports for sales team.

Calculate and pay quarterly sales tax.

Work with external accountants for annual tax return preparation and regular financial reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as a full-charge bookkeeper

Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Great Plains software is a plus
