Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Use our assessment system to inform client care

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks and caring caseload management

Adhere to all practice and licensing standards

Qualifications

Completed Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Proven in-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches (i.e., EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, etc.)

Ability to work with variety of clients with diverse needs

Self-directed, eager to learn, and ready to be a part of a team

Flexible scheduling with 100+ client appointments per month (40+ part-time)

Individuals with niche expertise in the treatment of trauma in children and adolescents

Spanish speaking is a PLUS!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Schedule:

Self-determined schedule (25-40 hours per week client contact, schedule set by clinicians)

Minimum 10 hours per week for PT

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay (generous sign-on BONUS plan)
