Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally
Provide information on proper procedures in response to inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve complaints
Document and update records based on communication with tenants
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the required procedures
Qualifications:
Previous Call Center experience
Customer Service orientation
Ability to Prioritize and multitask
Strong verbal and written communication
Good computer skills
