Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! Project size ranges from 500,000 - $3,000,000 and growing.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish.

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

Previous experience (5-Years) in construction on-site management

Strong leadership

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong sense of pride and accomplishment

Must be familiar with the Florida Building Code.Company Description
