Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Finish Carpenter for our residential remodeling jobs. We do all things residential, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADU's, basements, decks and flooring. After learning the ropes and understanding our processes and finishes, you will manage and work on your own job sites and be responsible for bringing your job sites from start to finish.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
All phases of construction from planning to demo to rough in to finish
Splitting time between working autonomously and overseeing 1-2 employees
Reading and interpreting plans
Executing daily task lists
Maintaining a safe working environment
Ensuring your job site is clean and orderly before leaving for the day
Ideal job skills include some or all of the following:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in construction
Carpentry: Rough through finish skills are a must
Flooring: Hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet, etc.
Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, texturing, repairs, etc.
Painting: Interior, exterior, trim, etc.
Site Management: Safety, cleanliness, employees, subcontractors, communication with clients and co-workers, etc.
Ideal personal skills include:
Communication: Clear and concise communication
General Disposition: A positive attitude and willingness to encourage and coach co-workers
Prioritizing: The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
Construction Plans: Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Safety: Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Compensation:
$33 - $38 per hour (Pay based on experience)

Company Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Hours listed are general. Occasionally we will start earlier or finish later depending on the job site and needs. Full time hours are not guaranteed. If it is a mutually good fit, you should have no problem clocking 35-40 hours every week.
