Call Center / Customer Service / Data Entry
Customer Service Representative in Manufacturing
Up to $24.00 per hour to start plus great company-sponsored benefits
As Customer Service Rep, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
Joining a manufacturer of lighting solutions for home and commercial environments
Receiving complete training
Communicating with customers by phone and email
Providing information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
Answering questions and addressing inquiries
Making product suggestions as appropriate
Creating price quotes
Taking, entering and processing orders
Making updates to customer account information in the CRM
Arranging and tracking shipments
Monitoring open orders
Troubleshooting issues and complaints as they arise
Escalating complex issues as necessary
Performing other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
At least 1 year of Call Center experience
Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
With:
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
CRM experience (ANY TYPE)
Experience with CALL METRICS
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Accurate Data Entry skills
Pluses:
+++ Experience in a high-volume call center
+++ Salesforce experience
+++ SAP experience
