WilsonTech Services is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician III to join our dynamic team. This senior role demands a high level of expertise across all vehicle classes, encompassing advanced diagnostics, comprehensive repair work, and familiarity with contractor equipment. Visit us @

Responsibilities:

Lead complex diagnostics and repairs for all vehicle classes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee and conduct maintenance and repair, demonstrating comprehensive expertise.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Collaborate with service writers and management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stay current to industry advancements, continuously upgrading skills and knowledge.

Conduct BIT/DOT inspections and diesel smoke opacity testing

Perform oil changes, lubrication work, and routine maintenance

Utilize diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues and contribute to the repair process

Maintain detailed records of inspections and service intervals

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics and repair across various vehicle classes.

ASE Certification or equivalent, with a strong preference for advanced credentials.

Demonstrated ability to lead and educate others in technical automotive tasks.

Proven record of adhering to safety standards and delivering quality service.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Fundamental knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance

Eagerness to acquire hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of vehicle services

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow stringent safety and service protocols

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required

Requirements:

Advanced skill level in diagnosing and repairing all vehicle classes (light, medium, and heavy-duty) independently.

Expertise in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and executing complex repair tasks.

Proficiency in maintaining and repairing contractor equipment.

In-depth knowledge of all services provided by WilsonTech, with the ability to guide and mentor less experienced technicians.

Ownership of a complete set of high-quality personal tools.

Ability to operate medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certifications (like ASE) preferred.

Strong adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient work practices.

Additional Preferences:

Certification from a vocational school or technical college is a plus.

Physical stamina and dexterity to manage heavy equipment and work in various positions.

Capable of lifting 50lbs+.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturday's.
