Job Description
SUMMARY
Perform repetitive or standard production assembly operations on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and subassemblies. Solder various components onto circuit boards using surface mount and thru-hole techniques.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).
Ability to follow work instructions and interpret mechanical and PCBA documentation written in English
Assist with simple rework, hand soldering and minor troubleshooting
Maintain necessary logs and records
Ability to utilize hand held tools such as tweezers, soldering iron, hotplate, etc.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Verbal and written communication between co-workers, production line, SMT operators and other departments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and verbally at the general business level
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must have strong attention to detail
REASONING ABILITY

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification is preferred
