THE ROLE

Vice President of Engineering

Experience: 15+ yrs

Location: Mumbai

Role reports to: CEO

Seclore is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Vice President of Engineering to help us execute our mission to protect sensitive data and give organizations control over critical information.

As the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative Security solutions. You will lead a team of talented, hard-working engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to deliver secure, reliable, and easy to use solutions.

You will be responsible to

Mentor and manage the engineering leaders and ensure they have the clarity and capabilities to deliver on the product vision.

Maintain and grow the high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Work closely with the product management to push the boundaries of what what-is solve the unsolved for maximising customer value.

Foster innovation and deliver business value with a good mix of industry best practices and Seclore strengths.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to ensure business alignment and organization vision.

Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to maximize the effectiveness of the engineering team.

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality and secure software products that delight our customers.

You are

Passionate about technology and have hands-on experience of building enterprise products at scale.

You have led engineering teams of 100+ and understand how to hire and retain the best engineering talent.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years in technology leadership roles, with a track record of scaling engineering products and teams.

Strong technical background, with expertise in software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
