Products : Petrochemicals and Resins (Formaldehyde, Urea Formaldehyde (UFC), Phenol Molding Powder, Foundry Resins, Rubber Chemical Resins and other value added products)

Job Description

● Primarily work on developing and manufacturing Resins for Rubber Chemicals like t-Butyl Phenol Formaldehyde and Octyl-phenol Formaldehyde, etc.

● Developing synthetic plans, designing and running test experiments for Chemical Products.

● Improving and Troubleshooting existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity and safety.

● Develop and validate Standard Methods for analysing and producing products to ensure that they meet specifications; document those methods in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production Records.

● Assist quality control staff with troubleshooting and resolving unusual problems.

● Develop scale-up procedure for Commercial Production.

Desired profile of the candidate

B.Sc/M.Sc. // B.Tech/M.Tech(Chemical). Degree from a Reputed Institution with High Academic Achievements.

Extensive Experience in Rubber Chemical Resins, Phenolic Resins, Alkyd Resins and Automotive Resins.

Minimum Experience -> 5 years

Compensation Offered- Good Salary, Commensurate with Experience.
