Job Purpose
Validate purchase order entry in SAP system
Track the status of the order by coordinating with all the stakeholders like Regulatory, Planning, Packaging
Ensure supply visibility in ‘IMPACT’ tool by coordinating with planning team
Communicate directly with customers about order status
Perform regular follow-ups (over email/ call) with partners/ customers on outstanding dues, as per payment terms
Track customer receivables and update finance team about the same, to maintain accurate records
Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to the destination
Key Accountabilities:
Execute sales order to ensure timely delivery on purchase orders
Develop and maintain business responsiveness to build customer relationships
Monitor sales targets to keep track of progress in achieving annual budgeted top line
Co-ordinate with various cross-functional teams for smooth functioning of business
Provide support to build robust portfolio for
Education Qualification
Science / Pharmacy Graduation, Management degree preferable
Relevant Work Experience

SAP experience is preferable.
