To create and execute digital marketing plans developed to meet brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the various brand teams to deliver on strategic & tactical brand objectives.
Co-create annual digital strategy and rollout calendar for each brand.
Manage content and performance of social media handles for lead brands.
Create briefs for digital marketing campaigns for agency partners & ensure successful execution.
Monitor paid media campaign performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
Identify areas of innovation for the organization across functions and lead pilots and subsequent rollout of the same.
Organic engagement and performance versus relevant competition for social media handles
Timely and error-free executions of all campaigns
Proactiveness to participate in relevant trending conversations online
Quality of creative assets developed in terms of formats and overall aesthetics
New innovations and interventions identified for the brands/organization
Experience
3-4+ years of experience in Digital marketing with a leading FMCG/Alcohol Beverages/Liquor company /leading digital agency.
Education
MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B school
