Responsibilities
Submission, negotiation & reviewing of New O&M contract with Customers.
Renewal & Descoping of Contracts
Ensuring customer’s needs are fulfilled & met on continuous basis in line with the signed contracts.
Handling customer interaction & ensuring on time response for customer queries related to Wind Farm performance after internal follow ups.
Compliance of Key Performance Indicators like Machine Availability/RAG/Time based Availability/Wind Based Availability, Grid Availability, Plant Load Factor for O&M Contracts.
Ensuring submission & adherence of maintenance schedules & other monthly reports.
Submitting reports to the management on generation compensation in line with the O & M Contracts, which are committed to the customers at frequent intervals.
Instrumental in renewing of contracts/amendment of O&M contracts
Assisting & collecting O&M receivables from customers.
Visiting customers proactively & ensuring their needs are fulfilled effectively.
Identifying and analyzing the key areas of improvement based on customer’s requirement and communicating the same to the management for further execution to improve the relation with the customers.
Qualifications
Engineering degree
5 - 7 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
