Plant Finance Head - well known conglomerate group.

Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu.

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)

An ideal candidate will have experience of 8+ years in Manufacturing Plant Finance role. Must have knowledge of Accounting systems, Accounting Standards, MAP circulars and SOPs. Expert Knowledge / experience of working in SAP/ERP environment. Experiences in any products/consumer durable industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Overall Plant Finance Accounting

Project / Capex Budget monitoring

Capex accounting as per relevant accounting standards

Multi-Product costing review and variance analysis in ERP environment

Production BOM review with CFT team and Cost impact analysis

Overhead Cost review and analysis

Budgeting, MIS reporting,

Make vs Buy analysis

Vendor negotiation along with CFT for Sourcing including associated controls

Accounts Payable, Cashflow monitoring, GST & periodic Vendor reco

Financial reporting, monthly closing, GL scrutiny and ageing analysis.

Review and monitoring of SOPs, Continuous Process Improvements including Digitization

Review of statutory and labour compliance at Manufacturing plants

Internal audit & Statutory audit coordination (preferably dealt with Big 5 auditors)

Operating knowledge in ERP (SAP is Preferred), MS Excel, MS Power point.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA)

8+ years of experience in leading plant finance & accounts function
