General Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 15+ years experience in managing manufacturing of inverters, VFD's or any industrial electronics products

Industry: Off Grid/Grid Tie/Hybrid Inverters

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and setting up manufacturing infrastructure and ensuring continuous improvement in process and product quality.

2. Production planning for achieving manufacturing goals, production targets and establishing norms for quality, productivity and capacity.

3. Carrying our improvements through activities like Kaizen, TQM and TPM and setting company wide quality improvement goals.

4. Establishment of lean manufacturing processes to achieve desired quality, delivery and productivity norms and use of cellular system or production lines whenever applicable.

5. Implement system for preventive and corrective machinery maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.

6. Establish system for automation wherever necessary.

7. Implementing the HR policies of the organization and promoting 'code of conduct' amongst your team members and ensure compliance as per policy.

8. Training and other activities which aid organizational growth.
