General Manager Engineering

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15+ years experience with Min 5 + years experience in design or application support of off Grid/Hybrid Inverters & interface with battery packs.

Experience in configuration of Grid mini power plants also acceptable.

Experience of working with Chinese Supply Chain would be Preferred

Industry: Off Grid/Grid Tie/Hybrid Inverters

Responsibilities:

Development of Inverters from concept to production, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and performance meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Implement testing processes for reliability and safety.

Provide mentorship to junior engineers
