JOB PROFILE- Sales executive for selling and distribution of LED Displays, Lights, Modules and SMPS to converters who are Signage fabricators, EPC companies, Brand management companies, architects and interior designer

Role Purpose

Job description for providing retail outlets lights, modules, SMPS and Displays solutions to converters for Oil Marketing companies and other Retail Chains. This role involves understanding of requirements for a particular fuel station or retail outlet in terms of kind of product and the quantity of product needed, communicating with the converter, preparing quotations, Proforma Invoices, Invoices and updating the backorder or pending quantities along with payment follow-up as per contractual terms and conditions

1. Sales Presentations:

Presenting the product lines to the customer by physically visiting the customer factory as per the requirements, providing quotations and negotiating prices and terms

Gathering information about the existing business of the converter- Factory premises, machinery, purchase of LED products – volumes and rates with technical specifications

2. Pricing Analysis:

Analyzing the pricing of competition based on region and products and providing the MIS for the same to management

3. Sales Closing:

Prepare pipeline of the opportunites in Odoo CRM module and move each opportunity to committed and finally Booked stage

Constant follow-up with the customer for repeat requirements and quality and service-related feedback

Create a sense of urgency: Use limited time offers or discounts to encourage customers to decide.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records: Document all interactions with the customer, including agreements, contracts, and any changes in requirements.

Use CRM software: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software can help you track and manage customer information efficiently.

Prepare Order acceptance in Tally and Sales Order in Odoo after receiving the order and provide the same to Order Management team for faster implementations

Regular reporting: Provide regular updates to both your team and the customer regarding the progress of the dispatch of goods ordered

5. Collaboration:

Internal collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Share customer insights: Communicate customer feedback and insights with your team to continually improve your products or services.

6. Travel and Networking:

Customer visits: When feasible, visit key customers in person to strengthen the relationship and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.

Attend industry events: Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential and existing customers.

Skills Requirement

Establish and maintain customer relationship

Sales presentations – Power point

MS Excel- Intermediate

Negotiation and deal making

Networking and convincing

Qualifications: Graduation – Electronics degree preferred

Experience:

Hard core Sales Experience 3-4 years

COMPENSATION: - CTC 4-6 L
